MSF / Baghdad Covid-19 response team is seeking for: DRIVERS

 

Main Purpose:

Performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country’s traffic rules and MSF security rules, in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service, the driver will be working in MSF COVID facilities and will do transportation of staff working in COVID facilities.

أداء مهام وواجبات النقل للمواد المصرح بها والموظفين المصرح بهم بواسطة سيارات أطباء بلا حدود، ضمان الوضع الآمن والتقني السليم، إحترام قواعد السير في الدولة وقواعد السير والأمان والسلامة لأطباء بلا حدود لتوفير خدمة آمنة وسلسة وكفوئة.   السائق سوف يعمل في مراكز معالجة جائحة كورونا التابعة لأطباء بلا حدود وسوف يقوم بنقل الموظفين العاملين في مراكز كورونا.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking daily, the technical conditions of the assigned vehicle (state of the tires, oil, fuel, brakes, radio equipment, spare parts, etc.), performing weekly check according to the MSF Logbook, refilling it when necessary, and keeping it clean to ensure it can be driven in perfect conditions. Carrying out a hand over if another uses the vehicle

القيام بعملية التفقد والفحص اليومي والتقني لوضع المركبة المعينة له (وضع الإطارات، زيت المحرك، الوقود، المكابح، أجهزة الراديو، الأدوات الاحتياطية…الخ)، إضافة إلى الفحص الإسبوعي حسب متطلبات أطباء بلا حدود، ملئ الوقود عند الحاجة، المحافظة على نظافة المركبة وإعادتها بحالة ممتازة. علاوة على ذلك، إعادتها وتسليمها الى السائق اللاحق بالوضع والحالة الجيدة.

• Ensuring the security of passengers in the vehicle, driving carefully, observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country as well as MSF security rules, in order to avoid car accidents.

الحفاظ على امن الركاب في العجلة، القيادة بصورة امنة وحريصة، ملاحظة السرعة والإلتزام بحدود السرعة القصوى وقواعد القيادة في الطرق (قواعد القيادة في الدولة وقواعد القيادة التابعة لأطباء بلا حدود) لغرض تجنب الحوادث المرورية.

• Ensuring all passengers have all necessary papers in order before travelling, and ensuring non MSF staff sign disclaimers of responsibility before using the vehicle

التأكد من جميع الركاب أن يكونوا حاملين جميع المستمسكات القبوتية المطلوبة قبل الإنطلاق، والتأكد من حمل المسافرين لتذاكر السفر والجوازات قبل المغادرة.

• Ensuring correct loading and unloading of the vehicle, submitting the documents to the receiver of the goods, checking the status of delivered goods, returning the duly completed documents to Logistics and ensuring that the goods have the necessary documents

التأكد من التحميل الصحيح التفريغ الصحيح للبضاعة من وإلى المركبة، التأكد من وجود اوراق الثبوتية مع البضاعة المراد شحنها، تسليم اوراق الشحن إلى الشخص المستلم للبضاعة، فحص وضع البضاعة التي يقوم بشحنها، إعادة اوراق الشحن الموقعة الكاملة إلى قسم الدعم اللوجستي.

• Ensuring that all vehicle documents and the driver’s driving license are valid and in the vehicle.

التأكد من مستمسكات واوراق تسجيل المركبة موجودة داخل المركبة قبل الإنطلاق والتأكد من حمل اجازة السوق الصالحة والفعالة.

• Informing the line manager of any incident involving the transportation of passengers and/or goods.

إبلاغ المشرف المباشر بأي حادث قد يحدث للعجلة أثناء القيادة أو أية حادث قد يحدث للراكبين او البضاعة المنقولة أثناء الواجب.

• Knowing how to use all types of radios, codes, call numbers and radio alphabets by heart and communicating with base according to MSF communications policy to inform the driver’s position and any potential implications.

معرفة كيفية إستخدام أجهزة المناداة والراديو، معرفة والحفظ عن ظهر قلب لجميع الشيفرات لأجهزة الراديو والمناداة حسب قوانين أطباء بلا حدود لإستخدامها للتبليغ في حالة حدوث حوادث او اي وضع طارئ.

 

• Knowing and respecting the security rules related to vehicle movements, specifically those related to customs, checkpoints and roadblocks. Ensuring all passengers know and respect the security rules

معرفة وأحترام قوانين الأمن المتعلقة بحركة المركبة وتحديداً تلك المتعلقة بالطرق ونقاط التفتيش. بالإضافة إلى التأكد من تبليغ الركاب بهذه القوانين والتأكد من تنفيذهم لها.

 

 

MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities سياق المسؤوليات المحددة لمنظمة اطباء بلا حدود

• Update the logbook: recording mileage, fuel receipts, servicing, repairs, accidents, and other incidents.

تحديث سجل المركبة: عداد المسافة المقطوعة، الوقود المزود، الخدمة والصيانة، الحاودث وأي احداث او حوادث عرضية قد تحدث أثناء الواجب.

• Perform weekly vehicle check according to the MSF Logbook.

القيام بالفحص الاسبوعي للمركبات حسب قوانين وشروط أطباء بلا حدود.

• Ensure that vehicle is always in good condition following instructions and guidelines of Logbook.

التأكد من أن تكون المركبة في وضع جيد في جميع الأوقات وإتباع شروط وقوانين أطباء بلا حدود.

• Ensure that vehicle is always clean (inside and outside) while engine and chassis should also be cleaned on a regular basis by the driver.

الحفاظ على المركبة نظيفة (من الداخل والخارج) وتنظيف المحرك والشاصي بصورة منتظمة.

• Perform daily vehicle check, including (fuel level, engine oil, coolant level, brake and clutch fluids, windscreen washer fluid, radiator grill is clean, tyre condition, any possible leaks and radio equipment).

القيام بالفحص اليومي للمركبة والذي يشمل ولا يقتصر على (مستوى الوقود، زيت المحرك، مستوى ماء الرادييتر، زيت المكابح، ماء غاسل الزجاج الامامي، التأكد من نظافة الجسم الخارجي للرادييتر، وضع الإطارات، وضع اجهزة الإتصال والتأكد من وجود طاقة كافية في البطاريات، التأكد من عدم وجود أي نضح من أي مكان في المركبة).

• Assist when required for loading / unloading from another vehicle.

التحميل والتفريغ للبضائع من والى المركبة.

• Delivery of some administrative documents to different authorities.

توصيل الأوراق والبريد عند الحاجة إلى السلطات والمواقع المحددة من قبل أطباء بلا حدود.

• Carrying out Small local purchases when required.

القيام بعمليات الشراء المحدودة المشار إليها إلى السائق عند الحاجة.

• Willing to work inside the COVID ward, and with COVID patients, and complies with internal infectious disease control protocols (Necessary PPEs and trainings will be provided).

على استعداد للعمل داخل جناح COVID ومع مرضى COVID ، ويلتزم ببروتوكولات مكافحة الأمراض المعدية الداخلية (سيتم توفير معدات الوقاية الشخصية الضرورية والدورات التدريبية).

REQUIREMENTS:

Education التعليم	Essential literacy and driving license. Good knowledge of country roads يجيد القراءة والكتابة، إمتلاك إجازة سياقة نافذة. معرفة الطرق الداخلية والخارجية للبلد
Experience الخبرات	•        Essential 2 years minimum of previous driving experience خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القيادة.   •        Desirable experience with specific vehicles to use (4×4, boats, motorbikes, etc.) يفضل امتلاكه لخبرة قيادة مركبات خاصة (عجلات الدفع الرباعي، القوارب، الدراجات النارية…الخ)   •        Desirable in MSF or other NGOs يفضل امتلاكه خبرة سابقة في العمل في منظمات انسانية أو داخل منظمة أطباء بلا حدود
Languages اللغات	Mission language and local language essential لغة البعثة (الإنكليزية) مفضلة. ضرورة معرفته لللغة العربية.
Knowledge المعرفة	•        Desirable knowledge of basic mechanics يفضل إمتلاكه خبرة في ميكانيك المركبات الأساسية •        Good knowledge of mission area roads يتحتم إمتلاكه خبرة عالية ومعرفة الطرق
