- We offer affordable and online English language lessons to help Arab immigrants that moved to North America improve their English, conversation, writing, and more!
The role
- As an Arabic-speaking Student Account Manager, you will be tasked with supporting our Arabic-speaking students in Canada and the USA that want to learn English.

- Our Arabic-speaking customers are of Syrian, Iraqi and Yemeni backgrounds, so being able to understand and converse with these dialects is important.
Daily Tasks
- Receive new enrolled students and help them learn how to use the platform.
- Assess their level and place them into the right level and classes.
- Create their learning plan and follow up with them over several months to check in on progress.
- Receive and respond to technical issues that students have.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Must be fluent in the Arabic language (reading, writing, speaking and typing)
- Must be fluent or have strong proficiency in the English language as well
- Preferably with knowledge of English language learning or teaching
- The essential qualities we look for are the ability to multi-task, being detail-oriented and having a great attitude.
- Must have a strong internet connection and functioning smart phone and computer
Skills
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Strong comfort and proficiency with technology including computer and mobile devices
- Fast paced with a strong ability to multi-task
- Great communication skills
