Position: Human Resources Manger
Location: Erbil (Business Trip to all over Iraq)
Job Grade: IV
Reporting To (Position): Legal, Compliance, Admin and HR General Manager
Responsibilities of the Job
[HR Planning]
Developing Company’s and HR policy, Employment contracts, Compensation structure, Grading system, Carrier development including training, Target setting and Appraisal etc.
[Resource Planning]
HR strategy and budget: Plan, implementation, and monitoring.
[HR Operations]
Complying with legal requirement in HR field
New staff introduction training
Payroll management for KRG and Central/South
Social security and Income tax management for both KRG and Central/South
Fringe Benefit management
HR data control
[Employee Relations]
Handle employee relation issues
[Talent Acquisition]
Recruiting
Qualifications
- High communication skills
- professional excel user

- Critical thinking skills
Requirements
Total professional years of experience: More than 10 years’ experience in HR
Languages required: Fluent Kurdish, Fluent English and Fluent Arabic
Education required: B.SC. degree
Nationality: Iraqi
Gender preferred: No restrictions
