Trainer – Alex in Cairo, Egypt

Job Responsibilities:

• Runs demonstrations of Nafeza System and provide training to internal employees and external users groups.

• Integrates learning curriculum for courses and learning methods onto various platforms including e-learning, virtual learning, and web applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools.

• Develop and deliver courses\sessions that are learner-centred and user-friendly

• Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory in developing content objectives.

• Develop and design learning videos, and incorporate the latest technology in terms of software and video editing.

       Job Requirements:

• • 3 years of experience in training (preferably with big corporates)

• Solid experience in video content production and skilled in voiceover.

• Hands on experience with production tools like (Camtasia – Audacity – Adobe Audition …etc.) is a plus

• Very good verbal and written English and Arabic languages

• Team player and fast learner.

• Analytical abilities, time management and problem solving skills

• Ability to listen, define, write, explain and interpret ideas and requirements.

• Logistics background is a plus.
