extraordinary levels of customer service .
Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and restaurant policy
Prepares a variety of meats,poultry, vegetables and other food items.
Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
Setup workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Manages other employees in the kitchen
Seasons food according to recipes
Orders ingredients and spices as needed
Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
Portions, arranges, and garnishes food
Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation
Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
Orders new menu items for specials or better deals
Offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants
Communicates with owner about how to improve meal service
Alters dishes based on consumer suggestions or requirements.
Wages $17 per hour

Qualifications
Qualification
- At least 2 year experience in the culinary, food and beverage area
- Minimum 5 year experience with International Cuisine, Arabic Cuisine, or Oriental Cuisine
- excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
