EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for a Key Expert 2 – Software Development Expert for the EU funded project: ´´A Smart Network for Technology Transfer and Commercialisation with Funnel Model (SMARTNET)´´, Turkey
The overall objective of the project is to increase qualified intellectual properties (IP), technological products and service capacity, commercialisation and export potential of Turkey by improving efficiency and cooperation among TTIs (Technology Transfer Intermediary).
The purpose of this contract is to establish effective cooperation between TTIs for development of technology transfer and commercialisation activities through artificial intelligence based smart network and technology acceleration application.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelor´s degree in field of Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Software Development, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences. In the absence of Bachelor´s degree in these fields, Bachelor´s degree in any field together with a minimum 9 years of specific professional experience in ´´software development and/or software implementation projects´´
- Excellent command of English (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Full computer literacy
General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience is required and up to 20 years of experience will be an asset.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ´´software development and/or software implementation projects´´ preferably within international technology transfer ecosystem.
Notes:
- The Key Expert must be independent and free from conflict of interest in the responsibilities they take on.
- Key expert 2 is expected to work on a full-time basis during the project implementation. S/he will perform their duties in full coordination with the Team Leader.
- Expected start date of the project: February 2022, with a duration of 36 months.
