The ideal candidate Must be Turkish and will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. He/she should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees, and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview clients/visitors/candidates.

Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at the office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Coordinate with other OpCos ( sister companies ) as per business needs
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees
  • Qualifications
    • 5-7 years of experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong ability to multitask
    • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
    • Self-managed, & excellent time management skills
