The Center for Instruction, Technology, and Innovation (CiTi BOCES) invites you to apply to be a part of an inaugural team for our new school: SYNERGY Virtual High School. This new school will be a 100% virtual opportunity to earn both a NY State High School diploma and potentially, an associate degree from Cayuga Community College. CiTi is currently accepting applications for (anticipated) Duel Certified Languages Teachers (7-12).

CiTi is seeking individuals who are flexible, creative, innovative, who think fluidly in a dynamic work environment, and will work to provide unique learning opportunities for students. Candidates must have strong instructional technology skills, be well versed in virtual learning, or have an aptitude for virtual learning and be a quick learner.

Classes will be taught in a hybrid model of interactive videoconferencing and online instruction. Teachers will be expected to teach virtual interactive videoconferencing classes, create a strong online presence as well as co-teach college courses.

Job Qualifications

Dual certification in other areas is a plus. Strong instructional technology skills are a must.
