Toters are seeking an Accountant for its Office in Erbil. The Accountant will be responsible for providing financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts and preparing reports. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

       RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and close supplier invoices on a daily basis
• Ensure supplier invoices match received stock
• Keep track of accounts payable and receivable
• Investigate and resolve all incoming inquiries from suppliers regarding all accounting matters
• Execute payouts to suppliers or issue draft execution transfers in a timely manner
• Responsible for all tax-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Contact supplier if a mistake is identified
• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries
• Prepare ad-hoc performance reports on KPIs, financials, and operational metrics

  QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree from a reputable university with a good understanding of accounting principles through education or work experience
• Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Strong MS Excel skills, or basic skills with the ability to learn and develop
• A positive personality that contributes to an overall high energy work culture
• Eager to learn and develop oneself
• Ability to wear multiple hats and act as a business owner
• Ability to speak Arabic and English is required, Kurdish is preferable
