The Completions /Liner Hanger Specialist can perform as either crew leader or crew member and plays a key role in field operations as well as the service delivery process. The primary responsibility of the Completions Specialist is to deliver high quality services to our clients in alignment with safety, quality and efficiency. When in the capacity of crew leader, She/he oversees his/her operating cell, and is responsible for the personnel assigned to his/her cell, and for the equipment at the job site. The Completions Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. Reports to the Product & Service Delivery Manager (PSD Manager), Job Delivery Lead (JDL) or to the most senior.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate, delivered on time, and in accordance with applicable Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Responsible for Liner Hanger service delivery execution and job procedure adherence.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Liaises with the client on location and assists in trouble shooting.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE , observe HSE policies, and maintain the required safety training.
• Mentor to Junior Field Specialists, Junior Field Engineers, or Operators.
• Attend to his/her personal development by following the Training and Competency Development program as applicable.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of specific experience as Liner Hanger Field Specialist
• Iraq residents are preferred (anyhow any qualified person can apply)
• Minimum of Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree.
• Standalone competency mandatory for Liner Hanger tools (Cemented & Uncemented) aplications, and other hardware and accessories.
• Computer literate and basic level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
