The Iraq Health Access Organization (IHAO) is interested in hiring a Advance Business Trainer who will work on our project in Nineveh – Baashiqa whose duties include:
- Preparing training packages
- Direct training, whether by traditional methods or using modern training techniques.
- Creating a profile for each trainee.
- Preparing the pre/post-test.
- Ensure the evaluation of the trainees after each session.
- Achieving justice, equality, and effective communication for all trainees.
- Carrying out guidance and counseling for the trainees during the training days.
- Sharing the agenda and the training plan before each training.
- The ability to perform all tasks demanded by the direct supervisor.
The activity will support the economic empowerment of victims of war in Bashiqa sub district of Ninewa Governorate. The activity will be awarded to IHAO who will identify fifty individuals for livelihoods support, 17 of whom will also receive in-kind business start up support.
IHAO will train fifty innocent victims of ISIS in Bahzany and Daraweesh in targeted vocations and also general business knowledge – with a goal of equal gender participation in the training. These trainings will equip the beneficiaries with essential skills for them to enter into the labor market. IHAO will use subject matter experts from the community to teach the beneficiaries methods of starting businesses, budgeting, marketing, and specific vocational trainings including on photocopy shops, plumbing, bakery, and welding as well as other small businesses found to be in demand in the target communities.
