Clerk / Admin -(Malahma RHC)

The Iraq Health Access Organization (IHAO) is interested in hiring a Clerk / Admin who will work on our project in Anbar-Khaldiya /Malahma RHC whose duties include:

  • Supports in the coordination among the PHCC, the sector, and the DOH.
  • Follow up the daily and monthly attendance and deliver it to the Field Medical responsible for checking.
  • Prepares a roster for the staff of the center showing the working hours.
  • Cooperates with the Field Medical Responsible and the project manager for smooth running of the NGO.
  • The admin is not authorized for paying any amount without the approval of the project coordinator, and in case of doing so, the NGO takes no responsibility for refunding the amount.
  • Represents the NGO in meetings with relation with the NGO main work.
  • Insures smoothness of the work and providing services following the requirement of the project.
  • Any other duties requested by the direct supervisor to support the team and the working plan.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • A bachelors’ degree of Business Administration or administration related studies.
  • Minimum experience 1 year in Administration or relevant jobs.
  • Excellent verbal and written Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-mail.
  • Prior work experience with NGOs is a plus.
