The main goal of the Customer Success team is to help Bayzat’s customers meet, and surpass, their objectives at work. Customers expect Bayzat to help them become better at their job and perform at a higher level for their company, and the Customer Success team helps them achieve that.
As an essential member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the configuration of the customer’s account on Bayzat Platform with full accuracy and in a timely manner.
What will you be doing?
Onboarding the client to the platform with full accuracy
Work closely with internal departments to ensure that the onboarding process is being adhered to for seamless configuration
Take ownership of the turn-around time (TAT) taken for configuration of the client’s account
Strict adherence to predefined KPIs & SLAs that ensure configuration is done in a timely manner
Go above and beyond to ensure customers are actively working towards their goals and that they will be happy with the service provided. It includes account configuration, analysis, customer outreach and training
Utilize various third-party tools (e.g Intercom and Salesforce) to ensure departmental efficiencies and proactive engagement with platform customers
Provide actionable insights to the product development team based on customer feedback (i.e. new features and feature enhancements)
Provide technical support to customers as and when required by the customer or the customer success managers
What are we looking for?
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
Be customer-service oriented and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Have extensive technical knowledge working on IT projects
Ability to multi-task to meet client expectations
Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Be a team player who can build and maintain close relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Be passionate about technology and self-driven to learn
Have the ability to extract and analyse research data
Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
Obsessively organized and detail-oriented
