Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Production Storeman to join our facility. The facility storeman be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored for critical production equipment and materials for day-to-day smooth running of the production facility.

They will raise requests and quotations for materials, receive and book out against work scopes, track costs and report on a weekly/monthly basis.

The storeman will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery/manifest.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet and experienced spreadsheet, emails and word processing packages and Sitewide Maintenance store electronic system.

The storeman may also operate heavy machinery i.e. forklift, or drive equipment related to role, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Location in the field supporting Production and Facilities Operations.
• Manage/ Maintain HKN Inventory System with guidance from Maintenance supervisor/manager.
• Maintain tight control of HKN Inventory, with detailed attention to Minimum and Max Critical items
• Supervise the loading unloading of Vehicles at the site stores.
• Organisation understanding of how Inventory is positioned, located, and stored within the store.
• Coordinate equipment movements at the site stores back to Erbil Warehouse/Vendors.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum FIVE (5) Years’ experience working with IOC, in a similar role withing Oil and Gas Facility Stores.
• Understanding of Production Related Equipment and Materials from the Operators side.
• Understanding of Maintaining Production Material Inventory Systems.
• Experience with using Electronic Inventory Data Base.
• Team Player & Good Communication Skills, fluent in English Language written and Oral.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook
• Tolerant and understanding of different cultures.
• Flexible-outlook and willing to Work outside normal working hours when and if required.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be fit and Healthy and have an up-date Yellow Card with Doctors certificates.
• Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description in an irregular shift pattern.
