Duty of the expert
1. Experience in advising beneficiaries individually or in groups with different literacy levels.
2. Visit the targeted villages at least 2 days / weeks to perform veterinary services for (cows, sheep, goats, and poultry) in Laylan villages (Furqan , Yahyawa , Trkshkan ,Tarjil ) and Qara Hanjir villages (Khalo Baziani, Chiman Auliah, Chiman Kakl , Chiman Kabir , Chiman Azadi , Bna Suflah , Gurgaie )
3. Examine animals to detect and determine the diseases or injuries
4. Treat sick or Injured animals prescribing medication, setting bones, dressing wounds. or performing surgery if requested by the beneficiary
5. Treat acute illnesses, infections, or injuries
6. Inoculate animals against various diseases if requested by beneficiary
7. Investigate on deaths of animals or Euthanasia decisions for the animals by the beneficiary
8. Operate diagnostic equipment if required
9. Advise beneficiaries regarding barn hygiene, feeding, General care, medical conditions, or treatment options
10. Advise beneficiaries about diseases that can be spread from animals to human
11. Medication and treatments must comply with government regulation and veterinarian standards
12. Train and supervise beneficiaries on how to breed animals and treat them if possible
13. Inspect animal housing facilities to determine their cleanliness and adequacy
14. The veterinarian is responsible for ensuring his/her safety during the visits for the following: (a- Animal inflicted injuries (bite, scratches, and kicks from animals)/ b- Use protective equipment and change/clean them frequently and between visits to prevent getting ill and transferring diseases from animals to other animals and for the humans as well in the different areas /c- The Doctor shall not use his invoice to write the medical prescript)
15. The veterinarian must properly handle and care for the animal:( a. Safe handling and restraints b. Preventing injuries caused by needlesticks, scalpels, and other sharp hazards c. REACH will not take any responsibilities in an incident of infection by coronavirus or similar disease d. REACH will not be responsible if any other accident happens such as car accident, fallin8 off …etc while visiting beneficiaries

 

الواجبات المطلوبة ستكون كالاتي :

– الخبرة في تدريب المستفيدين كمجموعات او على انفراد بمختلف مستويات المحاضرات
2
– زيارة القرى المستهدفة على الاقل مرتين كل اسبوع لتقديم الخدمات البيطريةل)الاغنام-البقر-الماعز والدواجن(ف ي قرى ناحية ليلان
)فرقان, يحياوة. تركشكان العليا, تركشكان السفلى, ترجيل( وقرى ناحية قره هنجير )خالو بازياني, جيمن العليا, جيمن كاكل, جيمن
كبير, جيمن ازادي, بنة السفلى, كوركةيي(

– فحص الحيوانات وتحديد الامراض والاصابات
4
– معالجة الحيوانات المريضة او المصابة عن طريق وصف الدوا ء-جبر العظام-تضميد الجروح او القيام بالجراحة العامةان تم طلبها من
قبل المستفيدين

– معالجة الامراض والعدوى والاصابات
6
– تلقيح الحيوانات ضد الامراض المختلفة في حال طلب ذلك من قبل المستفيدين
7
– التحقق من هلاك الحيوانات واتخاذ القرارات بالقتل الرحيم من قبل المستفيدين
8
– تشغيل اجهزة التشخيص ان تطلب الامر ذلك

– نصح المستفيدين بخصوص نظافة الاسطبل)الزريبة(-العلف- العناية العامة-الحالات المرضية وخيارات المعالج ة
10
– ارشاد المستفيدين بخصوص الامراض التي ممكن ان تنتقل من الحيوان الى الانسان .
11
– التداوي والعلاج يجب ان يتوافق مع اللوائح الحكومية والاسس البيطرية .
12
– تدريب وارشاد المستفيدين حول تربية الحيوانات ومعالجتها ان امكن .
13
– فحص مكان الحيوانات وتحديد مدى نظافته و ملائمته لتربية الماشية .

– الطبيب البيطري مسؤول عن سلامته خلال زياراته وضمن الحالات التالية: )أ – الاصابات من جراء الحيوانات)العض- الخدوش
والركلات من الحيوانات( ب- استخدام معدات حماية وتغييرها وتنظيفها بانتظام خلال الزيارات لمنع حصول امراض وانتقالها من
حيوانات الى حيوانات اخرى وكذلك البشر على حد سواء في مخلتف المناطق ج – على الطبيب البيطري ان لايستخدم فاتورته لكتابة
الوصفات الطبية(

– على الطبيب البيطري ان يتعامل برفق ويهتم بالحيوانات:
أ- التعامل الامن وضبط النفس
ب- منع الاصابات بسبب )الابر المستخدمة-المشارط والالات الحادة الخطرة(
ت- منظمة ريج غير مسؤولة في حالة الاصابة بفايروس كورونه او الامراض المشابهة
ث- منظمة ريج غير مسؤولة في حال حصول حوادث مثل حادث سيارة – السقوط——الخ عند زيارة المستفيدين

Veterinary Qualifications required:
1. The expert must be resided in Kirkuk governorate.
2. Be able to identify the common diseases of livestock and poultry
3. Be resourceful, making ability .
4. Accuracy and transparency in defining specifications, causes and results
5. Hold a bachelor’s degree (at least) in veterinary medicine

 

المؤهلات البيطرية المطلوبة :
1 -الخبرة البيطرية يجب ان تقدم ضمن الرقعة الجغرافية لمحافظة كركوك
2 -القدرة على تشخيص الامراض الشائعة في المواشي والحيوانات الداجنة
3 -ان يكون واسع الادراك ومبادر ولديه القابلية على اتخاذ القرا رت
4 -الدقة والشفافية في تحديد المواصفات ،الاسباب و النتائج
5 -حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس )على الاقل ( في الطب البيطري
