Main Responsibilities
Order taking
• Order generation and achieving volume target by visiting customer.
• Finding New costumers.
• Recommending and facilitating (glass /shell/AR / wastage/breakage etc..)
• Customer acquisition / Recommending customer aquisition process by making calls on potential customers.
• Ensuring promotion /discount to customer & consumer.
• İmproving relationship with the costumers.
Merchandising & Field activities
• Performing merchandizing activities as per RED standards (i.e. SOVI, Cooler Purity, Activation, POSM Placement, Stock Rotation, Execution).
• Evaluation tools “ RED self-assessment” .
• Verifying coolers,asset tracking and utilization.
• Recommending cooler injection/retrieval.
• Folowing up & improving SFE green part scores.
• Competitor’s activities monitoring and reporting.
• Money collection when necessary on credit customers.
• Handover of the coolers by verifying in his area if his route has been changed.
• To ensure cooler efficiency.
Capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business, any related degree
- 1 year of experience.
- Highly analytical
- Good communication skills.
- Pre-Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
- University Graduate.
- Potential to be promoted to key sales roles in the country.
- Openess to change & diversity.
- Ability to work in team.
- Quality orientation & result oriented.
Candidate Education
Bachelor’s Degree – Business, any related degree
Critical Experiences Specific to this Job
- Good knowledge of CCI Sales Systems
