New Business Manager

The GetirWater New Business team is busy establishing new and different ways of delivering drinking water to a wider customer base. The overall goal is simple: to explain Getir’s unordinary value proposition to our audience while boosting sustainable growth. Our unique model needs unique people to work.
What you’ll do:
- Overall Operations, Merchandising & Customer Service management. Short & Long Term objectives on New Business strategy, management, forecasts and results. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Oversee the day-to-day New Business E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Plan out and execute promotions with internal stakeholders to maximize growth
- Managing weekly inventory reports
- Provide ongoing strategic insights and recommendations of new channels with growth plans.
- On-going sales reporting
- Overseeing the development of customer relationships
- Manage an amazing team of highly energetic professionals and provide insights and leadership for their growth & development
What You Need:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of experience in eComm Trading in a retail or FMCG,
- Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and a can-do approach,
- Ability to manage both people and processes
- Track Record of success in the similar ultra growing environment
- Multi-tasking since there are only 1440 minutes in a day,
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
