Summary
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and data communications activities in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Following up day by day IT Operations cases.
- Providing level one support .
- Responding to queries via, email, or phone.
- Resolving problems with networks and cable management.
- Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Installing or changing software to fix issues.
- Strong knowledge of installing, configuration, troubleshooting Microsoft operating system, office package.
- Strong computer skills of installing, configuration, troubleshooting included software and hardware.
Competencies
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- CCNA certified.
- MCSA certified.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good Knowledge in IT field.
- Good in reporting and follow up internal/external issues.
Language
- Arabic (required)
- English (required)
- Kurdish (preferred)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor in Information Technology or relevant field.
