Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation of the financial reports.
  • Support the program team to understand the financial reports and provide them with training.
  • Monthly meetings with the program team and support the program team and Area manager to make the forecast.
  • Sign off the PRs and prepare the monthly master budget to manage the area office cost.
  • Prepare the Project BVAs and do any rebooking, with the supporting documents
  • Draft the new budgets. Check the Agresso for any reclassification.
  • Other tasks related to the project budgets like any realignment and updating the Agresso for project follow-up.

 Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Experience from working as a Finance Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context
  • Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
  • Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
  • Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Other Information:

Contract Duration: 5 months

Duty Station: Anbar- Iraq

Health Insurance is provided

Salary: G5/S1, According to NRC’s Iraq salary scale and terms and conditions.
