Executive and Personal Assistant


Executive and Personal Assistant will be hired to work for Ankara Branch Office of an International Company. The working language is English.

 


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take translator role from English to Turkish and vice versa when needed;
  • Take the office administrator role when needed;
  • Conduct minor office related procurements if required;
  • Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machine, phone system, and use computer for spreadsheet, word processing, and other applications;
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs;
  • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions;
  • Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports;
  • Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations;
  • Handling all travel arrangements, including hotel & flight bookings, visas and airport transfers;
  • Arranging and coordinating all meetings and logistics processes including dining and other events (both local and international);
  • Proactively identify and resolve Manager’s needs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • More than 3 years of executive and personal assistance experience in a dynamic work environment;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
  • Spanish would be an asset;
  • Strong multitask skills;
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs;
  • Strong work ethic, highly responsive with a warm attitude;
  • Stress tolerance, pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility;
  • Excellent organizational skills and disciplined for follow-up;
  • Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
