ملخص الوظيفة:

ASO is implementing a project to enhance the effective participation of youth in the Zummar community, funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the organization is looking for qualified and experienced trainers who have a TOT certificate for the subjects (mediation, communication skills, peacebuilding planning, negotiations, peaceful dialogue, leadership Capacity Building, Peaceful Coexistence) to train youth groups selected by the organization in Zummar district, The Social Cohesion Trainer will be responsible for providing 5 training , each training for 5 days, The trainer will be responsible for preparing relevant training materials in consultation with the ASO Social Cohesion Project and will write a training report after completion of the training.

 تنفذ منظمة افق النجاح للتنمية مشروع تعزيز مشاركة الفعالة للشباب في مجتمع زمار بتمويل من منظمة الدولية للهجرة IOM  , تبحث المنظمة عن مدربين مؤهلين و ذو خبرة و يمتلك شهادة TOT عن المواضع (الوساطة، مهارات التواصل ،تخطيط بناء السلام ,المفاوضات ,الحوار السلمي, القيادة و صنع القدرات , التعايش السلمي) لتدريب المجموعات الشبابية المختارة من قبل المنظمة في ناحية زمار, سيكون مدرب التماسك الاجتماعي مسؤولاً عن تقديم ٥ تدريبات كل تدريب لمدة ٥ ايام ,سيكون المدرب مسؤولاً عن إعداد المواد التدريبية ذات الصلة بالتشاور مع مشروع التماسك الاجتماعي في ASO  وسيقوم بكتابة تقرير التدريب بعد الانتهاء من التدريب.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work plan for developing the training/workshops, including strategy and proposed methodologies.
• Detailed Agenda for the 5-day training.
• Training Curriculum Development.
• Power point presentations, flipcharts, videos, forms, exercises, etc. for training sessions;
• Background reading material for the participants.
• Technical advice and support to participants during the training/workshop.
• Training workshop report with recommendations.
• Final report on the implementation of the tasks after finishing the training/workshops
• Develop a list of materials required for training.

Other responsibilities as requested and responding to program needs, including assisting and supporting other team staff while training and managing youth as needed.

Experiences:
• Proven experience for at least 3 years as a trainer in social cohesion-related subjects.
• Must have a ToT certificate from a well-known establishment.
• Proven experience in writing training reports.
• Native Arabic speaker, and good English language skills.

 

الخبرة:

• خبرة مثبتة لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل كمدرب في الموضوعات المتعلقة بالتماسك الاجتماعي.
• يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة ToT من مؤسسة معروفة.
• خبرة مثبتة في كتابة التقارير التدريبية.
• التحدث عربي بشكل جيد، ومهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Education:

• BSc/BA of social sciences or related field, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• Holds a TOT Certificate in Social Cohesion from a recognized institution.

التعليم :

• بكالوريوس في علم الاجتماع أو الدراسات الاجتماعية أو مجال ذي صلة ؛ المزيد من التدريب سيكون ميزة إضافية.
