Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or related field. One year of professional public relations or foreign services experience is required. Must be proficient in two major foreign languages. Applicants must indicate on resume submittal the two foreign languages of proficiency. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by federal law is a continuing condition of employment.
