- Companies interested to apply for this bidding should visit to PWJ-Duhok Office to receive the Invitation to Bid (ITB) from 09:00 am to 16:00 pm during working days (Sunday to Thursday).
- The bid should be submitted in the Bid box in PWJ-Duhok Office

Companies are required to show following requirements to be eligible for receiving Bid Documents:
- Companies should be registered with Government (provide valid registration document).
