The Iraq Health Access Organization (IHAO) is interested in hiring a Physiotherapist who will work on our Disability project in Mosul / Al Samah PHCC whose duties include:
1. Reception and treatment of beneficiaries of the category of people with disabilities.
2. Provide scheduling physical therapy sessions for program beneficiaries
3. Provide training for women with disabilities on how to adapt women with disabilities to deal with disabilities to overcome obstacles to practice daily life.
4. Follow up on program beneficiaries through continuous communication to ensure that they receive the required services.
5. Provide the project manager with daily medical reports that include a full description of the receiving case.
6. Submit the medical reports of the number of beneficiaries to the reporting officer.
7. Submit medical reports to the project manager showing the evolution of the case being treated.
8. Participate in raising health awareness and health prevention measures for individuals.
9. Attends training aimed at improving employees’ awareness of health, nutrition, immunity and prevention.
10. Providing health advice to the beneficiaries.
11. He works under the supervision of a specialized doctor to ensure that health services are provided in an appropriate manner.
12. He/she behaves both professionally and personally in a way that brings credit to the IHAO and does not jeopardize its humanitarian mission.
13. Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- BS or diploma in Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year’ work experience as RH Nurse or similar field
- Very good command of spoken & written English.
- preferably working with the NGOs.
- Preferably resident in KRG.
