The Child and Youth Friendly Space Focal point will be responsible for the daily supervision and management of the CYFS located in Domiz1 refugee camp.

. المنسق سيكون مسؤول عن المراقبة اليومية وإدارة المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب المتواجدة في مخيم دوميز1 للاجئين.  

The Child and Youth Friendly Space Focal point will supervise and guide the facilitators, while ensuring the monitoring and reporting of the activities. He/she will always ensure to provide to the CYFS teams the appropriate technical support as needed.

. منسق المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب سيتولى الاشراف وتوجيه الميسرين مع ضمان تأكيد المراقبة وتقرير الأنشطة. هو –هي دائما سيتأكد من توفير الدعم التقني المناسب للفرق بالمساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب حسب الحاجة .  

The Child and Youth Friendly Space Focal point should be familiar with child protection services, with child protection safeguarding policies and with the implementation of recreational and in-formal educational sessionsactivities for children aged 5 to 17 years old.

 المنسق ينبغي ان يكون على دراية بخدمات حماية الطفل وسياسات حماية الطفل وتنفيذ دورات تعليمية غير رسمية وأنشطة ترفيهية من عمر 5 الى 17 سنة.  

The CYFS Focal point will constantly liaise with ACTED management, ACTED case management teams and other protection partners, service providers and camp management and establish strong relationships with community groups, schools, other CFS/YFS and community centres and with the local authorities.

. المنسق سيكون على اتصال وتنسيق مستمر مع إدارة أكتد , فرق إدارة الحالة وشركاء الحماية الأخرين, مزودي الخدمة وإدارة المخيم ,وتأسيس علاقة قوية مع مجموعات المجتمع, المدارس , مساحات صديقة أخرى و مراكز المجتمع ,و مع السلطات المحلية.

He/She will also ensure the representation of ACTED to all stakeholders in the refugee camps and to relevant meetings.

Under the general authority of ACTED Child Protection Management Team and the direct supervision of Child Protection Senior Project Officer, the Child and Youth Friendly Space Focal point will have the following responsibilities & duties:تحت الادارة العامة لفريق إدارة حماية الطفل والاشراف المُباشر للمسؤول الاقدم لمشروع حماية الطفل ,منسق المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب لديه الواجبات & المسؤوليات التالية:

 

1. CFS-YFS 7 Staff Management and Supervision:

 الاشراف وإدارة 7 موظفي المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب:

• 1Guarantee the respect of C.P code of conduct within the (Child & Youth Friendly Spaces)
• ضمان احترام مدونة قواعد السلوك لحماية الطفل داخل المساحات الصديقة للطفل والشباب.
• Supervise the attendance of the CFS-YFS staff including facilitators, cleaners, guards and volunteers if there are any.

 يشرف على حضور طاقم المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب بما فيهم الميسرين, عمال النظافة , الحراس والمتطوعون إن وجدوا.

• Supervise the performance of all CFS-YFS staff members including facilitators, cleaners, guards and volunteers if there are any.

الأشراف على أداء أعضاء الطاقم بما فيهم الميسرين , عمال النظافة , الحراس , والمتطوعون إذا وجدوا.

• CFS-YFS Focal point in full coordination with ACTED C.P Team is responsible for the recruitment process of new staff and development of the staff terms of reference and service providers agreements

. منسق المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب وبالتنسيق الكامل مع فريق حماية الطفل أكتد مسؤول عن عملية توظيف طاقم جديد وتطوير شروط مرجعية الطاقم واتفاقيات مقدمي الخدمة.

• Facilitate the payment of salaries to the CFS-YFS staff members.

 تسهيل دفع رواتب أعضاء طاقم المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب.

• Report timely on any complaints, feedbacks and issues which encountered to the line manager

.الابلاغ المباشرة عن اية شكاوي , ردود فعل والقضايا االتي واجهتها الى المدير المباشر.

• Provide key information and trainings on child protection and other relevant trainings to the CFS-YFS staff members and volunteers.

تزويد المعلومات الرئيسية والتدريبات حول حماية الطفل والتدريبات الأخرى ذات الصلة للموظفين والمتطوعين.

• Be available & reachable in both the afternoon shift and in the morning shift according to children and youth needs and according to the (Child & Youth Friendly Space) schedule of sessions.

.أن يكون متاحا وقابل الوصول اليه في الدوام المسائي والصباحي بناء على احتياجات الأطفال والشباب وبناء على جدول جلسات المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب

• Provide help and support for other CFS-YFS colleagues during implementing the schedule of sessions as needed.

.تقديم المساعدة والدعم للزملاء الأخرين بالمساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب أثناء تنفيذ جدول الجلسات حسب الحاجة.

• Perform other tasks & functions depending on the required needs and the best interest of the child/youth.

انجاز مهام ووظائف أخرى بناء على الحاجات المطلوبة والمصلحى الفضلى للطفل والشباب.

 

2. Activities Planning and Implementation تخطيط وتنفيذ النشاطات:
   • CFS-YFS Focal point is responsible for preparing the schedule of sessions in the (Child & Youth Friendly Space)

.المنسق مسؤول عن تحضير جدول الجلسات للمساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب.

• Ensure the safety of the CFS-YFS premises & facilities for all children and youth.

.  التأكد من أمان مباني ومرافق المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب لجميع الأطفال والشباب.

• Ensure that the (Child Protection Minimum standards) are met inside the CFS-YFS premises.

التأكد من تلبية الحد الأدنى من معايير حماية الطفل داخل مباني المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب  

• CFS-YFS Focal point is responsible for the registration & attendance of all children and youth in the CFS-YFS

. منسق المساحة مسؤول عن تسجيل وحضور جميع الأطفال والشباب بالمساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب.

• Supervise the implementation of various activities which implemented by CFS-YFS staff. الأشراف على تنفيذ الانشطة المتنوعة التي تنفذ من قبل موظفي المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب                          
• Guarantee the high quality of all activities implemented. ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة عالية الجودة
• Monitor the activities implemented by CFS-YFS staff, organize regular focus group discussions and collect feedbacks from relevant beneficiaries on the quality of activities implemented.

مُراقبة الأنشطة التي تنفذ من قبل موظفي المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب وتنظيم مجموعات نقاش مركزة منتظمة وجمع النتائج من المستفيدين المعنيين بشأن جودة الأنشطة.

• FS-YFS Focal point is responsible for community mobilization and awareness sessions/campaigns.

.منسق المساحة مسؤول عن تعبئة المجتمع و عن جلسات وحملات التوعية.

• To ensure that the CFS/YFS spaces are clean, secure and appropriate for different activitiessessions.

.التأكد من أن المساحات الصديقة للطفل والشباب نظيفة ومناسبة للأنشطة المختلفة.  

• To ensure that the water supply, Sanitation and CFS/YFS structures are in good and safe conditions.

.التأكد من أن امدادات المياه والصرف الصحي و أبنية المساحة بحالات جيدة وأمنة.

• Welcoming the children-youth and their parents who come to CFS-YFS on daily base.

الترحيب بالأطفال والشباب وأولياء الأمور الذين يأتون على يوميا الى المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب

 

3. Internal and external coordination التنسيق الداخلي والخارجي:
   • Attend & represent ACTED-C.P in location level coordination meetings, events and other relevant meetings as requested.

. حضور وتمثيل المنظمة في اجتماعات التنسيق على مستوى الموقع ,والأحداث واجتماعات أخرى ذات صلة حسب الطلب

• Ensure the good coordination with Child Protection senior management and submitting weekly reports about all CFS-YFS sessionsactivities

.ضمان التنسيق الجيد مع الإدارة العليا لحماية الطفل وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية حول جميع جلسات وأنشطة المساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب.

• Establish very good relations with the community members including parents and caregivers.

تأسيس علاقات جيدة جدا مع أعضاء المجتمع بما في ذلك الأباء ومقدمي الرعاية.

4. Reporting & Other تقارير & أخرى
   • Ensure timely monthly reports and the data to P Senior Project Officer.

 ضمان التقارير الشهرية و الاحصائيات في الوقت المناسب للمسؤول الاقدم لمشروع حماية الطفل.

• Ensure the monitoring of the activitiessessions and enter all data to the CFS-YFS databases.

 ضمان مراقبة الأنشطة وإدخال البينات الى قاعدة البينات للمساحة الصديقة للطفل والشباب.

• Prepare reports as requested by the Child Protection Project Manager.

 تحضير تقارير حسب طلب مدير مشروع حماية الطفل.

5. Compliance الالتزامالمطاوعة:
   • Ensure the compliance with ACTED policies and protocols of confidentiality, non-discrimination, consent, respect and safety.

 ضمان الالتزام مع سياسات المنظمة والاتفاقيات السرية , عدم التمييز , القبول , الاحترام و الأمان

• Ensure that beneficiaries are duly informed on the Complaint Mechanism and can give their feedbacks on ACTED case management activities as well.

ضمان أن المستفيدين ابلغوا على النحو المطلوب بألية الالتزام ويمكنهم إعطاء تعليقاتهم عن نشاطات اداره حالة المنظمة أيضاً

Qualifications: المؤهلات

• University background level & experience in working with children and youth.

 مستوى خلفية جامعية& خبرة بالعمل مع الأطفال والشباب

• Experience in community mobilization.

خبرة في تعبئة المجتمع

• Excellent in English/Arabic/Kurdish.

يجيد بطلاقة الإنكليزية/ العربية/الكوردية

• Experience in supervision of staff 1 year at least

الخبرة في الأشراف على الموظفين  خبرة سنة على اقل

• Committed in all circumstances to improve child protection aspects.

 ملتزم في جميع الظروف لتحسين جوانب حماية الطفل

• Good computer skills (MS Office, including Outlook for emails.

Within the ACTED Child Protection Department, all staff are expected to support the well-being and safety of all children at all times while performing their regular duties. All Child Protection staff are bound by the ACTED Global Code of Conduct and the ACTED Child Protection Code of Conduct
