Outreach Worker

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Accurately implement the plan set by the project manager
Distribution of beneficiaries into groups according to the intended activity.
Introducing the beneficiaries to the program and the rules.
Preparing for activities related to the project objectives
Manage/facilitate awareness activities sessions.
Supervising the premises and tools of activities, so that they are available, safe, and work well. And
Create a record documenting the materials used in the safe place.

• Ensure that everyone is safe, at all times.
  • Raise the challenges facing the team to the supervisor, develop proposals, alternatives to solutions, and follow up on the mechanism for solving them.
    Writing a daily activity report. success stories.
  • In the event that the activity is carried out and there is a beneficiary who wants to disclose a sensitive case, the beneficiary must be taken to another place or when the session is completed and the beneficiaries leave the place, then the beneficiary’s complaint is heard and transferred to the liaison officials in complete secrecy.
    Attending project related trainings.
    Minimum education, qualifications and experience required
  • Relevant work experience in PSEA
    Experience working in camps or in unsafe environments.
    Familiarity with PSEA guidelines and standards.
    Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
    Integrity, transparency and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
    Commitment, patience and flexibility.
