لتاسيس عقد اطار عمل لتاجير مكان لتدريب في كركوك وصلاح الدين

NRC – IRAQ office is soliciting bids from reputable Suppliers that are duly registered/licensed with the Republic of IRAQ for the provision venues including lunch and coffee break for NRC offices in Kirkuk & Salahadeen.

مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين-العراق يلتمس عطاءات من مزودين ذات سمعة جيدة مسجلين حسب الاصول في جمهورية العراق لتوفير مكان مع الغداء و استراحة قهوة لمكاتب مجلس النرويجي للاجئين في محافظتي كركوك وصلاح الدين.

 

Deadline for the tender:

The deadline for submission of tenders is 15:00 on the 25th  of October 2021. Service Provider who do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered. 

اخر موعد للعطاءات:

اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هي الساعة 15:00 ليوم 25-10-2021, اي مجهز خدمة يتاخر عن موعد التقديم سوف لن ياخذ عرضه في الحسبان.

To receive the tender package: 

The supplier can receive it by hand from NRC offices at: 

• Kirkuk office – Noor City Compound- Building#322.
• Tuz Office – Jumaily neighbourhood.

لاستلام باقة العطاء:

يمكن للمزود ان يستلمه يدويا من مكاتب مجلس النرويجي للاجئين في:

مكتب كركوك – مجمع نور ستي – رقم البناية 322#

NRC reserves the right to select/reject any bids, in part or full, as it may deem necessary without providing feedback on this regard. No liability or claim in that respect would be admissible or entertained whatsoever.

المجلس النرويجي للاجئين يحتفظ بحق لاختيار/رفض اي عطاء, جزئيا او كليا, من منظور الضرورة بدون اي شرح او توضيح من هذه الناحية. سوف لن يتم قبول اي مسؤولية او مطالبة في هذا المجال على الاطلاق.
