Main Purpose:

Performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country’s traffic rules and MSF security rules, in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service

الهدف الرئيسي

تنفيذ مهام نقل البضائع المصرح بها والركاب المصرح لهم في مركبة تابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود، والتأكد من شروطها الفنية وسلامتها واحترام قواعد المرور في البلاد وقواعد الأمن التابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود، من أجل توفير خدمة آمنة وسلسة وفعالة.

Accountabilities

• Checking daily, the technical conditions of the assigned vehicle (state of the tires, oil, fuel, brakes, spare parts, etc.), performing weekly check according to the MSF Logbook, refilling it when necessary, and keeping it clean to ensure it can be driven in perfect conditions. Carrying out a hand over if another uses the vehicle.
• Ensuring the security of passengers in the vehicle, driving carefully, observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country as well as MSF security rules, in order to avoid car accidents.
• Ensuring correct loading and unloading of the vehicle, submitting the documents to the receiver of the goods, checking the status of delivered goods, returning the duly completed documents to Logistics, and ensuring that the goods have the necessary documents
• Ensuring that all vehicle documents and the driver’s driving license are valid and in the vehicle.

المسؤوليات

• التحقق اليومي من الحالة التقنية للمركبة المخصصة (حالة الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، الفرامل، قطع الغيار، إلخ) ، وإجراء الفحص الأسبوعي وفقًا لسجل اطباء بلا حدود، وإعادة تعبئته عند الضرورة والحفاظ عليه نظيفة لاجل ضمان امكانية قيادتها في ظروف مثالية. تسليمها إذا كان شخص آخر يستخدم السيارة.
• ضمان أمن الركاب في السيارة، والقيادة بعناية، ومراعاة حدود السرعة وقواعد المرور في الدولة، وكذلك قواعد الأمن لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وذلك لتجنب حوادث السيارات.
• ضمان التحميل والتفريغ الصحيحين للمركبة، وتقديم المستندات إلى مستلم البضائع، والتحقق من حالة البضائع المسلمة، وإعادة المستندات المكتملة حسب الأصول إلى الى القسم اللوجستي والتأكد من أن البضائع تحتوي على المستندات اللازمة
• التأكد من أن جميع وثائق المركبة ورخصة القيادة سارية المفعول وفي السيارة.

 

Requirements

Education:

• Essential literacy and driving license

Experience:

• Essential 2 years minimum of previous driving experience
• Desirable have work experience in MSF or any other NGOs
• Good knowledge of country roads is an asset

المتطلبات

التعليم:

• يقراء ويكتب مع إجازة سوق

الخبرة:

– خبرة قيادة سابقة لا تقل عن سنتين

–  من المستحسن أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية في منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو أي منظمة غير حكومية أخرى

– المعرفة الجيدة بطرق البلاد هي اضافة.

 

Languages:

• Fluent in Arabic
• Good command of English is an asset

اللغات:

– إجادة اللغة العربية

–  إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية هو عامل مساعد
