M&E Assistant- Nineveh

 Responsibilities:

·Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan through QRC monitoring and evaluation tools.

·Data collection & data analysis based on project requirements.

·Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data collected and stored (data cleaning and entry)

·Provides daily and weekly reports to his/her line manager.

·Provide support in monitoring and evaluating ongoing projects at the field level

·Provide guidance and support to the teams of enumerators/daily workers by leading them during field activities

·Coordinating between M&E field teams.

·Conduct PDMs, PIMs and satisfaction surveys

·Conducting Focus groups, Case studies, Field visits, remote meetings

·Compiling beneficiary stories from the field.

·Developing data reports (tables/graphs/reports) from the project databases at regular intervals, ensuring reports/information are available as required 

·Managing complaints handling mechanisms 

·In specific; monitor activities at the village/camp level, ensuring progress against established performance indicators.

·Effective participation in and implementation of needs assessments, base line assessments and other related tasks as required

·Perform other duties as required and requested

Qualification and Requirements:

1. 1 to 2 years’ experience in the same field.
2. Training and capacity development experience.
3. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
4. Strong IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office suite (good Excel skills essential).
5. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish languages.
6. Familiar with the development of output and outcome level performance measurement indicators and targets
7. Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate results of M&E activities in both written and oral formats.
8. Good contextual knowledge of targeted area including national/local issues, community priorities, social and cultural realities/constraints, and organizational relationships.
