The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), under full and open competition procedures for janitorial services at the New Embassy Compound (NEC) United States Mission in Ankara, Turkey. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, equipment and supply material, and direct labor personnel to perform janitorial services in all designated areas including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, outside ground area, industrial areas, as well as the Ambassador’s and the Deputy Chief of Mission’s residences as outlined in the Solicitation.
The overall square meters to be maintained are approximately 32,836 square meters including of the New Office Building, a Support Annex, a Support Annex structure, a General Parking structure and three Controlled Access Areas.
