Terms of Reference for Temporary Enumerators

 

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

 

We are looking for Enumerators to support training. The enumerators will be deployed accordioning to EFSVL needs and will sign a daily attendances sheet for each day they work.

 

 General Duties:

1. Provide support to OXFAM EFSVL team in implementing livelihoods activities
2. Attend any assigned training provided by OXFAM.
3. Adhere to OXFAM policies and Code of Conduct.
4. Build positive relationships with the training participants.
5. Make sure to save OXFAM assets and visibility while delivering the training.
6. Working directly with the EFSVL team to gather the necessary information from the beneficiaries.
7. Enumerators must be able to speak Arabic and English is preferable.

Specific Duties

1. Organizing and delivering business management training for the identified beneficiaries.
2. Supporting beneficiaries in developing business plans and providing coaching to beneficiaries.
3. Calling beneficiaries and organizing them in groups for the training.
4. Preparing pre and post-test for the participants.
5. Evaluating the participants’ assignments and improvements.
6. Cooperating with the EFSVL team to ensure the quality of the training.
7. Recording and maintaining accurate participants’ attendance records.
8. Perform other duties as directed by the EFSVL team when relevan

Kindly note that, the selection process will be on rolling basis. Due to the urgency of the position, Oxfam has reserves the right to recruit a candidate who matches the required profile before the above deadline.
