As a Clinical Resource Consultant you will be accountability for the following deliverables and activities in support of the MMS Infusion Solutions business in general and the Turkey market in particular:
- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, coordinating, and implementing clinical strategies and programs for MMS Infusion in Turkey.
- Responsible for developing and driving the MMS infusion solutions to achieve the desired clinical performance through comprehensive and timely market interventions, and execution of key clinical programs.
Other Key Responsibilities:-
- Partner with congress managers to develop comprehensive congress presence and sponsored sessions and track HCP involvement.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify and develop KOL (Key Opinion Leader) strategies to disseminate product value proposition and drive therapy awareness and perception across the region.
- Liaise between Marketing, Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders to ensure alignment on KOL activities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the MMS Infusion Solutions and the clinical application of the therapies.
- Drive the positioning and value proposition of the various infusion therapies in congresses and sponsored scientific events.
- Support production of ‘scientific’ papers, based on recommendations for return-on-investment analysis, conducive to advancing MMS Infusion value-propositions.
- Work with regional MMS platform clinical leaders to create and evaluate regional best practice clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional MMS platform clinical and marketing leaders to create and maintain regional clinical value offers and claims.
- Develop and implement new clinical Go-To-Market strategies for the infusion platform.
- Ensure that the MMS Infusion Solutions are well positioned for success e.g. providing clear direction on the relevant value and product positioning to drive category share gains.
- Develop the clinical and training capabilities of end users.
- Apply a clinical support strategy and education program to support business growth.
- Deliver internal clinical training for BD associates and sales-partners, product specialists, customers, and end users.
- Develop, compile, and customize training modules as per the MMS business/specific customers’ needs.
- Deliver clinical support to conduct meetings as per business needs and with reference to topics/tactical plans.
- Provide clinical support to support successful BD solution introductions, conversions, and upgrades.
- Respond to customers’ clinical queries: answer queries in a timely fashion with clinical data as needed.
- Provide new product evaluation support to customers.
- Extend support during customer complaint submission and follow-up processes.
- Attend customer meetings in coordination with sales teams.
- Analyze market development – search, collect and analyze customer/competitor information and see opportunities to position BD MMS Infusion Solutions.
About you:-
- Coordinate and support the development of scientific marketing presentations for HCPs, sponsored symposia, webinars and seminars and other educational programs ensuring content matches audience needs and background.
- Develop and drive evidence-based marketing activities for short- and long-term strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with marketing collaborators to develop trade media, advertorials, newsletters, etc. in support of business goals.
- Provide content support to sales and marketing teams in a distilled, impactful, and easy to understand format.
- Run market assessment surveys to probe selected aspects (e.g. satisfaction, return-on-investment) of customers’ perception of MMS products/solutions using BD or third-party VOC tools.
- Use internal BD communication tools such as Yammer and newsletters to maintain momentum and to introduce new concepts of medication safety to BD sales and marketing forces.
