• Annex 1 –LOT1- Quotation form -Supply of Kitchen and Garden kits in Al-Alam and Bayji,
• Annex 2- LOT2- Bill of quantities- Installation of irrigation system in Al-Alam and Bayji
• Annex 3- Delivery Location of Greenhouse and Kitchen Kits
• Annex 4 – Letter of assurance
• Annex 5- Eligibility sworn statement
• Photo Samples: Clear Photo samples with clear specification of LOT1- Supply of Kitchen and Garden kits in Al-Alam and Bayji
• Authorisation to engage in business activities in the respective field – company Registration
• Proven track record of two (2) similar/equivalent projects conducted in the past 3 years (list of organization/companies, copies of contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
• Germination test report (authorized by trusted parties) for all requested seeds in quotation form
