Background: Yazda is looking for 2 Case Managers to be responsible for providing PSS and case management to survivors and victims of GBV.
Main Case management responsibilities: ● Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered. ● Ability to both see both needs related to individual issues and the wider context, this containing both social, familiar, community and cultural matters. ● Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure Referrals ● Coordinate with other relevant NGO or governmental organizations and services available for each case. ● Have knowledge of the official referral pathway and refer cases when needed Case management – counseling ● Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy ● Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues, including basic stabilization techniques ● Reduce stigma and shame by general psychoeducation /awareness ● Create social support through community amongst the clients ● Facilitating psychosocial support through individual/ groups sessions and recreational activities ● Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms ● Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations ● Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy for the beneficiaries Technical and personal competencies: ● Fluent in Kurdish (Kurmanji) language and good understanding of Arabic or English (both are preferred but not required) ● Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

- At least 2 years of previous experience in Case Management
- Bachelors in relevant field or Master degree is preferred
