The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Aleppo – Syria invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT for its office in Aleppo, Syria.
All interested suppliers may request the ITB documents from [email protected] by a formal request to UNHCR on or before 26/11/2019. The request should include the ITB reference number in the subject line. Offers must be submitted by hand delivery to the tender box at UNHCR Sub Office in Aleppo or by the Email mentioned in the tender documents.
There will be a pre-bid conference to explain the tendering process and answer questions on 13/11/2019 at 11:00 hrs at UNHCR Aleppo office.
The Deadline for submitting the offers is 26/11/2019 – 15:59 HRS. Syrian time.

يقوم مكتب المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين (UNHCR) بحلب بالطلب من الموردين المهتمين القيام بتقديم عروض لتوريد معدات الطبية لمكتبها بحلب، سوريا.
يستطيع الموردون المهتمون أن يطلبوا وثائق المناقصة بواسطة طلب رسمي في أو قبل تاريخ 26/11/2019 من: [email protected]
إن الطلب يجب أن يتضمن رقم مرجع المناقصة في حقل الموضوع. كما يجب أن يتم تسليم العروض باليد في صندوق العروض في مكتب المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين بحلب، أو بواسطة عنوان البريد الألكتروني المذكور في وثائق العرض.
سيكون هناك اجتماع قبل تقديم المناقصة لشرح عملية تقديم العروض والإجابة على الأسئلة في 31/11/2019 في تمام الساعة 11:00 في مكتب المفوضية في حلب.
