Job Description

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Completing a variety of administrative tasks for the President, including managing calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence, including confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; scheduling/confirming meetings;

Researching and entering data; providing comparison reports;

Recording cash receipts and making bank deposits;

Purchasing office supplies and maintenance of office supply inventory;

Translating and proofreading projects, as requested by the translation department;

Supporting other needs of interpreting, translation and Talent Acquisition Departments;

Logging in on VRI/OPI as an interpreter and assisting with other language-related tasks;

Some tasks require occasional visits to the office, therefore we are looking for Michigan based candidates

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:
Holds a B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education or verifiable experience in above required tasks;

Possesses strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize;

Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with great phone manner;

Is detail- and process-oriented;

Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships;

Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;

Is able to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;

Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

Being familiar with QuickBooks and any CRM system is a plus;

Is bilingual (Bengali, Spanish or Arabic speaking candidates are preferred)
