Your Principal Duties will include:
Assisting with budget monitoring and personnel time usage to effectively manage project resources.
Assisting with reporting for compliance with client and company regulations.
Processing invoices, subcontractors’ costs, expense reports, and other project-based expenses.
Coordinating logistics for project personnel including organizing travel arrangements and processing timesheets, expense reports, and invoices.
Drafting consultant and subcontractor agreements and modifications.
Assisting in maintaining project documentation including files, deliverables, and reports.
Supporting logistics for project-based meetings, events, and webinars.
Drafting documents for Project Officers’ review, including budgets, client approval documents, periodic reports, and other project-based materials.
Supporting Project Officers with vendor and consultant procurement and management.
Expanding professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributing to corporate strategy implementation through active participation in team initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum one year relevant work experience
Demonstrated facility with budgeting and expenditure tracking
Excellent time management skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Working Conditions
Full-time telework until the company’s Washington, DC office reopens for regular business; thereafter regular office environment. Ability and willingness to travel and work abroad. Travel up to 10% may be required.
