Job Summary: Undertake and execute day-to-day operational contracting activities in support of DNO’s Kurdistan operations. Liaise with Contracts Officer and Contracts Engineer in Erbil to ensure Call-offs / contracts are developed & awarded for services at best price and delivery terms and in compliance with C&P procedures. Issue call-offs for all DNO Framework Agreement and develop and execute simple RFQ’s into Service Orders.   Key Responsibilities: The following key is used in this section: (A)  –
