2021-11-28 [Kirkuk,Iraq ] GENERIC RESPONSIBILITIES   Ensure compliance with NRC (global and national) policies and procedures, handbooks and guidelines and/or propose new initiatives to bridge gaps and implement these. Develops systems and SOP’s that address Safe Programming needs and follow up on their implementation with Head of MEAL, Area Managers and the Head of Programs Unit. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements. Prepare and submit reports and analysis. Ensure proper filing
