Scope of Responsibility This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of welding procedures and welding personnel at SBS. Essential Duties: Communicate with the Plant Managers, and Supervisors regarding welding personnel who are having difficulties performing to SBS standards. Assist with the training of new employees and employees needing refinement or up-grading of certifications. Assist and identify welding related issues (personnel, consumable or equipment related). Ensure that all welding personnel are operating within the SBS
