Description فني لحام هو مسؤول عن الربط بين الكابلات ووضع كابل الألياف الضوئية من حيث الإصلاح والتركيب والصيانة الوقائية أو أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة. لديه القدرة على التعامل مع مهام لحام كيبل ضوئي بكافة الاحجام من خلال تشخيص الأخطاء أو تحري الخلل وإصلاحه. يجب أن يكون لدى الموظف سجلات مثبتة من جودة العمل دون أي أخطاء ، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحسين مستوى التعليم ، والالتزام بالأهداف ، والتحسين المستمر ، أخذ المبادرة
