Nurse Practitioner General Description: The Nurse Practitioner shall diagnose, treat, and promote health and optimal functioning to Caring Health Center’s patients in accordance with professional standards and established CHC policies and procedures.Reports to: Chief Medical OfficerSalary/Status: ExemptMinimum Requirements: Current Massachusetts NP licensure and /or eligibility for certification. Current Mass CSR and DEA licenses Certification in Family Practice, Adult, or Pediatric.
