Accountable To To provide legal counsel to the senior management team on control and management of legal and corporate affairs for the Company. To advise on overall strategy from a legal standpoint by communicating issues, legal risks, opportunities and trends. To support internal departments through legal consulting including contracting, due diligence, litigation and ensure adherence to legal provisions and protection of company’s rights.
