Capacity Building and Training Specialist – Roving

[Erbil,Iraq ]

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Capacity Building and Training Specialist will contribute to the business skills development of 200 participants. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and/or tailoring of the training curriculum for 10-day business skills development training for 200 beneficiaries.
• Oversee and train a team of 4 Business Trainers that will deliver skills development training in 4 different locations.
• Travel between project implementation locations in Anbar (Qaim & Habaniyah), Salah al Din (Tooz Khormato) and Ninewa (Muhalabiyah).
• Providing mentorship to a diverse group of beneficiaries.
• Provide follow up and reporting on progress.

• University educated in a relevant field, preferably Education, vocational training or other related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in training development and facilitation.
• Proven experience in implementing projects related to skills development / vocational training.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic. 
• Right to live and work in Iraq, with the ability to travel within and outside KRI region.
• Willing to start work immediately.
