Summary Configure, Operate and Support Charging System platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site operation and support for Charging System nodes. Develop, deploy and configure all required business configuration on Charging System nodes. Timely resolution of escalated problem & trouble tickets. Perform pro-active monitoring for Charging System nodes. Track and debug issues on all Charging System nodes, provide sufficient data (logs, configurations, traces) to the vendor for proper issues analysis. Follow up on raised CSR on daily
