Description: JOB SUMMARY The Director of Community Organizing and Engagement manages the community organizing and public education strategies of the ACLU-VA. This work will involve supervising a team of community organizers and building authentic relationships with community members while working to advance policy changes for people impacted by the criminal legal system, police violence, voter suppression, and racial injustice.
