As part of irregular migration and return portfolio of the Western Balkans and Turkey Regional Office; the Programme Assistant will be responsible for the implementation of the project “ Supporting the Development of Return Counselling Capacities in Turkey (ReCONNECT)” and other projects to which s/he may be assigned in the field of irregular migration and return in Turkey. Responsibilities: Follow up on transportation arrangement (both international and inside Iraq). Coordination and follow up on import of goods to Iraq. Support and arrangement of import license for commodity receiving. Import documentation handling including Manifest control. Customs duty management including negotiation with custom authority and payment management. Control of Missing and damage on goods during transportation and storage. Improvement of transportation and storage quality. Insurance arrangement and claim. Stock/inventory management (Stockyard/Warehouse management). Logistics/inventory data update.
