Work Locations : Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills 9850 Wilshire Blvd Beverly Hills 90210 Reservations Agents assist guests and travel agents via phone and written communication in planning and booking their stay through personalized offerings and anticipatory service. Agents also reviews reports to ensure all reservations are setup with correct billing requirements, traces and estimate time of arrival.
