About the Role
As DC Turkey Commercial Excellence Specialist you will support Turkey organization in commercial decision making, strategy development, and implementation of sales, pricing and marketing activities. Analysis and interpretation of data to reveal market changes, effectiveness of product launches and pricing and business analytics, CRM analytics (Sales Force.com), and to identify and interpret competitive activities.
You responsibilities include:
- Participate in account segmentation activities, targeting projects,
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager
- Contribute with BU data analytics, BU specific business requirements, lead projects and support implementations
- Develop substantial reports and dashboards to IQVIASupport the teams with market trends and overall business performance analysis.
- Provide support and input to the Annual Strategic Review and Planning process.
- Participate to the development of commercial strategies in the region, assess different Channel models.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Analysis of Insulin Pen Needle market data across the region to formulate trends and performance.
- Support new programs and tools to bridge sales and marketing management to deliver tactical and strategic goals
- Help to ensure process alignment between commercial, operations and finance departments
About You
- Excellent digital literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
- Educated to degree level with min. proven experience in an analyst role or in a commercial excellence working environment
- Knowledge of Sales Force CRM
- Retail (Pharmacy) Market specific experience an advantage.
- Logical lateral problem solver, self-starter, quick learner.
- Project management skills: ability to independently manage and co-ordinate multiple projects across the region
- Used to working with deadlines and have a genuine interest in all aspects of business
- Balanced individual who can prioritize optimally and meet time limits calmly
- Ability to integrate day to day work and long-term work across priorities
- Great teammate who is also able to operate independently and without close supervision
- Strong communicator of data-based information.
- Good presentation skills
