We’re looking for a multilingual Community Curator to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Spotlight Content team, you will Search and review Snapchat user content submissions in your specific market to find and select highly-engaging Snaps to identify the best content on Spotlight.

What you’ll do:
Search and review Snapchat user content submissions to find and select highly-engaging Snaps

Assess content against best practices and content guidelines

Be an expert in internet culture and deeply understand how content platforms work, with a particular focus on UGC.

Present trends to the broader Snap team.

Help to develop incentives and platform feedback mechanisms that encourage inclusive and high-quality content creation from the entire Snapchat community. Help to develop creative tools and content formats that help more of our community express themselves.

Develop a grasp of the Snapchat style and voice in order to extend the product offering in an authentic and grounded manner.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Beyond English, candidates must also be fluent in either French, German, Hindi, Spanish Arabic or Portuguese

Expertise of internet trends and pop culture

Understanding of content platforms, especially UGC

Outstanding execution skills

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with UGC

Passion for the evolution of content and entertainment
